    Pick up was great, we were given what we asked for. Taking the car back was a different experience altogether. The shaved headed bloke yelled at me before he even got in the car accusing me of smoking in it (i don't smoke) , and bringing it back late (told him on the phone the day before), I'd have it back by 5pm, got there at 4.45pm).
