    You stuffed up my stone top, measured the cupboards incorrectly AND had a gap in one of the cupboards! Sure, you fixed the mistakes but only once you were made aware of them! If you did the tasks properly in the first place I wouldn’t be waiting for a kitchen & cooking outside..

    Joseph Bless the kitchen designer was great, we went to him with a proposed layout and he helped us to streamline the kitchen and make it more functional while still keeping it like we wanted.

    According to original plans you should have been finished by the start of June at the latest, but because of your delay with lack of coordination/communication I STILL can’t cook in my kitchen & you only just finished 1 week ago!

    2. Explain in detail & provide clients with a Project Manager that they would meet at their first sign up so that they take care of everything for them from start to finish
