  I'm buying a fabric very often and really don't understand the prices in Spotlight. They sell cheap synthetic fabrics for such prices that I can buy mach more high quality fabrics from another stores.

  This is a big and spacious store and one of the largest in the Spotlight chain so it has a better range than stores local to me. Service seems okay and I have never had to wait long to be served. I have also rung them to check stock before making the trip and staff have been most helpful.

  I don't know my way around the store and the staff were very un-helpful. When I asked where something was (after I had looked) she pointed to the direction and told me it is around there somewhere. No help at all. I have had a similar experience each time I have asked for help. Some training in customer service is needed.

  And yes, there is hard to get help from staffs.

  I was told by a lady this spotlight shop has the 1st quilting machine on sight in Australia. It's an ok store for knitting and sewing..lots of other things to look at. But the prices for knitting are that bit dearer than the local small wool shop a few ks away. Plenty of parking and Bunning is across the road.

  Awesome... Needed advise and the lady in window furnishings had it all. Better range than stores in our area so worth the drive
