  Don't ever go to this store. Even when you ask for it cooked fresh and say you're happy to wait, it comes out cooked on a grill that hasn't been cleaned in forever and soggy under cooked fries with oil vat temp set too low. Incredibly rude managers on shift that day too.

  Waited for over 15 mins for drive through. Was not given the option of a refund. My 2 kids threw tantrums in the car such a great experience.

  The staff only wanted to serve drive through tonight. There was a lovely Sudanese lady in front of me waiting to be served when I arrived who had been ignored in preference of serving drive through. We waited 5 or so minutes, still no service. Two more gentleman arrived to line up in cue. I then asked for service (5 STAFF ON DUTY) and was told they had been busy with drive through and that we could have used self service. I thought Maccas was supposed to be a restaurant these days!? (Not to mention the signs stuck up inside store with 15 minute parking only on them? What if we wanted to eat in the restaurant?!!) Once upon a time you would get a free meal if it took longer than 5 minutes!!!! I ordered a family meal, my mcchicken burger was all over the place, the chips were greasy, under cooked and limp, much like the service and staff attitudes. Don't even start me on the uncleanliness of the store. I don't think the dining room had been cleared or swept. Was too scared to go to loos as who knows what the state of them would be like judging from the filthy dining room. Will be going to Kilsyth Macias from now on. Apparently they are much better and it's only an extra 3 minutes drive. Waited 3 times as long at Bayswater rd store than the drive it would take to go to kilsyth maccas! Very disappointed guys! And no apology to the Sudanese lady for ignoring her for so long either! Rude as!
